All Hornstone products carry a minimum 12 month warranty period which covers stitching and construction, wear and tear to fabrics and leathers is at our discretion, we aim to solve any problems quickly and efficiently so don't be afraid to give us a call on 0800 084 2810 with any queries.
Returning items under warranty please be advised we recommend using a tracked or signed service to ensure safe return, we will confirm receipt of the returned item and respond with our decision regarding repairing or replacing the item.
