Dispatch & Processing Times
We keep our fulfillment process straightforward and transparent so you know exactly when to expect your gear:
Standard Items: All ready-made, standard items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday only. (excluding Bank holidays)
Personalised Items: If you choose to add custom heat-stamped initials, your item enters the personalisation bench. Please allow an additional 2–4 working days for dispatch. Please note that turnaround times for custom work may be longer during exceptionally busy seasonal periods.
